Aloha Parents and Guardians,
The Federal Impact Aid Survey forms were distributed to students on September 8th in their Advisory classes. Please fill out the form, date and sign it (in ink), and have your child turn it in to the Main Office during non-class hours as soon as possible. If your child was absent, tell them to go to the Main Office for a form. If you need another form, we have a limited supply of extras in the Main Office.
Hawaii's Impact Aid funding is determined by the number of eligible parents/guardians who complete the survey form each year. All students and schools benefit from Impact Aid which offset costs for school materials and resources, substitute teachers, student transportation, school utilities such as electricity and other services statewide. We need your continued support to complete the survey.
