Aloha Parents and Guardians,

 

This is a reminder to have your child turn in their Student Publication Audio Visual (SPAV) Release Forms. Any student who has not turned in a SPAV form or has turned in a SPAV form declining release can NOT be pictured in the yearbook. Due to the nature of producing a yearbook, any student who does not have a SPAV form turned in or who has turned in a form declining release will be removed from the yearbook on 11/22/2024. SPAV forms can be picked up and turned at our Main Office or can be accessed by clicking on the link below.
