Information Packet
At the beginning of the each school year, we hand out an information packet to each and every student. This packet holds various forms and notices for students and parent(s)/guardian(s). Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, instead of physically handing these out to every student, we're uploading these forms and notices online so it's an easier access to view and download for print.
